INTRODUCTION
Elon Musk ('Elon') has been the subject of much speculation & curiosity, especially over his amazing achievements and strange antics.
This section provides an overview of a potential conspiracy that exists to take down Elon (the 'Conspiracy'), removing him from power and control over his companies which pose a risk to established and powerful interests - we will refer to this group of Puppet Masters as the Cabal. Click here for our article on the Cabal and their use of blackmail to control influential figures.
This is a brief outline that notes the reasons behind this conspiracy, the main players and the strategies the Cabal employ to achieve their goals.
THE WHAT
What does the Cabal want to achieve?
They want to take down Elon – removing him from power over his companies which pose a risk to their enterprise(s).
THE WHY
Why may the Cabal want to remove Elon?
As an example consider some of the following examples.
1. Elon's Disruption of Many Sectors
Elon set himself against the Cabal's agenda by disrupting so many industries. For example, he is disrupting Energy, Automotive, Telecommunications, Transportation, Infrastructure/ Tunnelling, Aerospace/ airlines, AI & Healthcare.
For a discussion into this click here to see our post on the industries Elon is disrupting.
Oil automobiles & energy
Elon created companies pursuing free energy sources, posing a risk to the established power structures which used oil and energy to maintain their power.
2. Mainstream Media
Elon has disrupted many other industries & has never spent money on advertising for Tesla, they have a no add policy hurting mainstream media who relies on adds as a major revenue stream. Instead they rely on goodwill from customers and word of mouth.
Also when you look at the Board and the companies of those who sit there it is clear they share an Anti-Musk agenda.
Business Insider, Conde Naste, CNN, Bloomberg...
3. Elon's Disruption of Big Tech
Elon vocally warned of the dangers of AI, and the need for BigTech regulation, even going after the Google powerhouse.
For example:
May 2015, Elon Musk said is terrified that Google CEO Larry Page will accidentally create 'evil' robots that take over the world.
July 2017, Elon Musk says we need to regulate AI before it becomes a danger to humanity.
February 2018, Elon Musk says he is scared of Google.
September 2016, Musk blew up Mark Zuckerberg’s satellite.
Elon had picked fights with powerful figures like - Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and so forth.
4. Military & Space Travel
Elon's SpaceX keeps winning US military contracts.
Elon Musk’s SpaceX has secured three military contracts in a few months late 2020 – and according to an aerospace expert interviewed by Business Insider it won't end anytime soon:
'The US military’s increasing need for fast transport explains why it keeps handing contracts to SpaceX, according to a leading aerospace expert.
Steve Nutt, professor in aerospace engineering, told Business Insider that SpaceX is the US’ best alternative to “stodgy, slow” traditional contractors.
It comes at a time when the Department of Defence is “retooling” in light of growing global political tension, Nutt said.
“The rockets that SpaceX has been asked to supply would address that need – delivering hardware and support supplies rapidly to anywhere in the world,” Nutt said.'
5. Crime, Drugs & Trafficking
Elon's Boring Company likely posed issues to criminal syndicates who used tunnels for human and drug trafficking operations. We will go into a lot more detail on this in later posts.
THE WHEN
There appears to have been a plan to take down Elon, with attacks coming form all angles in mid-2018.
Note that by around Mid 2018:
Elon appears to enter a tumultuous relationship with Claire Elise Boucher ('Grimes').
Elon claimed the New World Order wants to destroy Tesla.
Mid 2018, we see an extreme rise in court cases against Tesla and Musk.
Elon's Twitter account also dramatically changes.
His Tweet popularity declines.
The content of these Tweets change changes.
Elon interacts with fans in ways he hadn't before.
We get a series of scandals around Elon's Tweets such as The 420 Funding secured tweets & the Pedo Guy Tweets.
A series of employees steal trade secrets of Tesla, and leak insider information to destroy Tesla.
Unions attack Musk.
July 2018 TSLAQ allegedly begins.
TSLAQ's main goal is apparently their self reported aim to 'change the mind of Tesla stock bulls and the media.'
According to Edward Niedermeyer, in his book Ludicrous: The Unvarnished Story of Tesla Motors (2019), the catalyst for the formation of TSLQ occurred in July 2018.
Allegedly a Tesla short seller, Lawrence Fossi, who used the pseudonym 'Montana Skeptic' and was a Seeking Alpha writer had his identity doxxed causing the movement to flourish.
DOES TSLAQ HAVE INSIDE INFORMATION?
Popular TSLAQ user, TESLAcharts not only predicted Elon Musk would in October 2016 reveal a "solar roof" shingle that later turned out to be fake, he also appears to have predicted Elon Musk's 420 tweets.
For a re-cap:
SolarCity : SolarCity and the investigations and subsequent litigation, regarding the alleged fraud and insider-dealing in connection with Tesla's acquisition of SolarCity in 2016.
The 420 Tweets: These infamous tweets that led to -
Investigations by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission ('SEC').
Investigations by the Department of Justice.
A pending Court case with Elon and Tesla being sued by Tesla investors for fraud.

To frame Elon for their crimes
Misinformation
Coercion & manipulation
THE WHO
The 'who' includes those related to the Cabal and those who may not be.
Below lists some of the main stakeholders we will look at in future posts.
ANTI-MUSK INDUSTRIES & GROUPS
Crime Syndicates - in particular we will look at the Jeffrey Epstein group.
Mainstream Media - as noted Elon does not spend on advertising disrupting a main source of income for Media.
Disrupting Industries – e.g. Energy, Automotive, Telecommunications, Transportation, Infrastructure/ Tunnelling, Aerospace/ airlines, AI & Healthcare
GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS
For example we will look at groups like:
SEC: The SEC had sued Musk after he tweeted on 7 August 2018 that he had “funding secured” to take Tesla private at $420 a share.
Courts: The 420 Case has been going for nearly 3 years, and won't go to trial till mid-next year (2022). Comments on case being dragged out.
Government Loans/ Bailout summary
Let's compare the results for General Motors ('GM'), Ford and Tesla as of June 2021 relating to government Loans and bailouts.
None of the car companies had any State/Local loans, bond financing and venture capital.
The Time Period for Federal Awards was same between each from FY2000 to the present.
The following is the Federal loans, loan guarantees and bailout assistance (not including repayments) received by each for this time period.
Ford: $ 33, 489, 841, 570 (163 Awards)
GM: $ 50, 346, 920, 000 (23 Awards)
Tesla: $ 466, 500, 000 (2 Awards)
Let's compare GM and Tesla:
Over the same period GM received 23 Awards at a total of $ 50, 346, 920, 000, compared to 2 Awards for Tesla for $ 466, 500, 000. Gm received nearly 108 x more than Tesla did for this period.
Moreover, unlike GM who though profitable never repaid their loans, Tesla Repaid their Department of Energy Loan Nine Years Early by 2013.
A year later in May 2014, GM still had not repaid their loans and it was reported that GM cars sold: 12 million vehicles and Recalled 13.8 million.
Moreover, rather than keeping jobs in the US, in November 2018 GM planned to lay off 15 percent of their salaried workers and halt production at five plants in U.S. and Canada. Trump noted that if GM doesn't 'want to keep their jobs in the United States, they should pay back the $11.2 billion bailout that was funded by the American taxpayer.'
Tesla creates clean energy cars and employ a very large number of Americans - so why this unfair treatment? Lobbying is probably a major factor as GM & Ford focus more on this. Even recently President Biden ignored Tesla to promote the successes of Ford.
Government Subsidies
When we total the State/ Local and Federal (grants and allocated tax credits) - Tesla continues to underperform its rivals.
Ford: $ 4, 354, 657, 247 (344 Awards)
GM: $ 8, 056, 517, 000 (563 Awards)
Tesla: $ 2, 506, 116, 253 (110 Awards)

Treatment by Politicians:
Biden
In May 2020, Tesla filed a lawsuit against the county of Alameda.
In the lawsuit filed in San Francisco federal court, Tesla said Alameda was going against the federal and California constitutions, as well as defying the governor, Gavin Newsom, who had already said manufacturers in the state would be allowed to reopen. However, Tesla was not allowed in spite of other factories being open.
Democrat and Califronia Assembly women, Lorena Gonzalez from San Diego, tweeted ‘F*ck Elon Musk’.

COMPANY INSIDERS
OVERVIEW
In June 2018, a leaked email sent by Elon to his employees, alleged that a shadowy figure has infiltrated his company, and is trying to destroy the reputation of Tesla. Furthermore, Musk revealed that the recent news of a fire in the company, reports of car malfunctions, and software bugs are all attempts to spoil the company's credibility.
Below is an excerpt from the email sent by Elon to his employees:
'I was dismayed to learn this weekend about a Tesla employee who had conducted quite extensive and damaging sabotage to our operations. This included making direct code changes to the Tesla Manufacturing Operating System under false usernames and exporting large amounts of highly sensitive Tesla data to unknown third parties.'
XiaoPeng and former Tesla employee
In 2019, a Former Tesla employee admitted uploading Autopilot source code to his iCloud, Tesla believes he stole company trade secrets and took them to Chinese start-up, Xiaopeng Motors.
Martin Tripp & Business Insider
In August 2018, Martin Tripp, a former employee at Tesla's Giga Nevada tweeted photos claiming to show scrapped Tesla car batteries that had broken and also defective cells.
Tripp was fired from Tesla after confessing to leaking Tesla internal data to Business Insider. Martin Tripp was also reported to the local police by Tesla's security department after they said they received an anonymous tip about Tripp planning a mass shooting at the Tesla factory.
By December 2020, Martin Tripp agreed to pay $400,000 in damages to Tesla over the hacking case and his continuous defamatory conduct.
Business Insider and anti-Musk groups
Business Insider is a new source that will come up a lot in future posts as actively trying to destroy Tesla. Note,. Business Insider's Parent Axel Springer made Elon their Axel Springer Award for 2020, however prior conduct casts doubt on their support of Elon, and this move was likely to deflect from a string of failed attempts to destroy Tesla.
Business Insider, is incredibly biased against Musk, and was subpoenaed by the Plaintiffs in The 420 Case along with Gawker, Grimes and Azealia Banks. Business Insider was also the news agency to break many elements of the 420 scandal, and is vigilant in updating the public re Musk and Grimes relationship. Furthermore, the plaintiff Bridgestone has ties to Wolfgang Reitzle, who has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Business Insider’s parent Axel Springer since, 2014. [See The 420 Plaintiff’s Post] Moreover, Business Insider’s Henry Blodget, who is the Co-Founder, CEO & Global Editor in Chief of Business Insider, is Barred for life from the securities industry because of violations of securities law. Note Business Insider was subpoenaed in The 420 Case and was first to break the Banks, Grimes 420 Case. Offering deals to Azealia Banks for speaking out on Musk. Business Insider also paid huge sums to Martin Tripp a former Tesla employee as discussed below. We will look at this group in a lot more detail in future posts.
Zoox & Tesla theft
On March 20 2019, Tesla, Inc. filed a lawsuit against Zoox and several now-former Tesla employees (who left Tesla for employment at Zoox). Tesla alleged theft of Tesla’s proprietary information and trade secrets related to warehousing, shipping, and logistics info in late 2018 and early 2019. The Case number is NO. 3:19-cv-01462.
Zoox and other players
Aichatou Sar Evans, known professionally as (‘Aicha Evans’), is the CEO and member of the Board of Directors of self-driving car company Zoox. In June 2020, Evans led the acquisition of her company, Zoox, by Amazon for US$1.3 billion.
Note Aicha has the following relevant connections:

Amazon caught using Information Warfare tactics like paying fake accounts.
30 March 2021: ‘Fake' accounts claiming to be Amazon workers have been praising their working conditions on Twitter.
Business Insider: In 2019 Aicha was named Named to Business Insider's list of 100 People Transforming Business in the transportation category.
Note above re Business Insider Anti-Elon agenda.
SAP: Aicha is a member of the SAP SE Corporate Governance Board
She is a member of the following SAP Supervisory Board Committees:

Failed Hacking Attempt
Around mid-2020, a Tesla employee was offered a $1 million bribe in early August to install ransomware on Tesla’s networks in Nevada, however instead the employee worked with authorities to stop the plot. See the newly unsealed US Justice Department indictment here.
UNIONS
Although, Elon stated he was ‘neutral’ about a union forming, on 10 September 2018, Tesla workers are said to have spoken out that 'Anything pro-union is shut down really fast'. Furthermore, former employees blamed their firing on their efforts to organize, while according to the Guardian current workers at the time said a ‘culture of fear’ still persisted.
In December 2018, Elon was being attacked by the United Auto Workers ('UAW') and accused of being anti-unions and for trying to shut them down.
On 21 December 2018 at the National Labor Relations Board the case resumed regarding a string of unfair labour practices and safety complaints brought by the UAW against Telsa.
Tesla, on the other hand denied all allegations that it had restricted union-organizing efforts, tried to stop employees from discussing safety issues and retaliated against pro-union workers.
Well turns out the UAW was insanely corrupt.
For starters, on 15 September 2019, it was revealed that a top UAW official, Vance Pearson was arrested and charged with embezzling union money to fund lavish parties for UAW leaders. Indeed, UAW Leaders Spent Members’ Dues On Lavish Parties, Champagne And Cigars Lit By ‘Scantily-Clad Women’.
Furthermore, on 6 November 2019 Joseph Ashton, a former Vice President of the International Union at UAW, and a former General Motors board member, was charged in ongoing federal corruption probe.
Ashton had resigned previously from the GM board in December 2017 after reportedly being linked to the investigation into corrupt practices in an on going federal corruption probe.
Moreover, Sergio Marchionne, was the former CEO of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. He died suddenly in July 2018. Otherwise he would be facing serious charges. He had been accused of playing a central role in a conspiracy in which Fiat Chrysler executives bribed UAW leaders to obtain favourable terms on worker contracts.

Elon tumultuous relationship with Grimes & The 420 Case
Furthermore, After Grimes enters Musk’s life there is a surge in court cases. For example, the Banks/Grimes 420 scandal, where on On August 7, 2018, Elon Musk would controversially tweet at 12:48pm - “Am considering taking Tesla private at $420. Funding secured.” it is important to note that since Grimes entered Elon’s life, as a matter of fact there has been a dramatic rise in litigation against Elon, mostly due to his erratic tweeting behavior. See graph, with peak when Grimes first entered Elon’s life. This has harmed Tesla, the extent of which remains to be seen, and has already cost Musk his position as Tesla’s chairman, and also led to a SEC fine of $US 20 million. Who benefits from harming Tesla and lowering the price of its stock is an important question that will be addressed in the following articles.
